Renovations with the support of LFS & Beddington Community Fund

CARSHALTON BASED SMALL BUSINESS LIFE FORCE SUPPORT, WINS BID TO SUPPLY MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ROOM FOR LOCAL CHARITY SUTTON NIGHT WATCH; THANKS TO GRANT FROM BEDDINGTON COMMUNITY FUND

Sutton Night Watch recently applied to the Beddington Community Fund, for support to create a multi-functional room for its service users. This room will incorporate a place to relax, to learn new skills & to take part in group activities.

Local business Life Force Support Ltd was one of the bids put in to assist with the creation of this space. They were chosen as they are not only very local to the area & know Sutton Night Watch, understand & support their ethos already, but the company has a completely aligning ethic themselves.

Viridor

Mike Stafford, Head of Contracts for Viridor in the South East and member of Funding Panel noted: “2020 has been a challenging year, but it has been fantastic to see the resilience, ongoing hard work and opportunities that community projects are offering around the Beddington ERF. Despite all of the disruption that lockdowns and COVID-19 restrictions have imposed on our lives, the projects we have funded this year give hope that normality will return, and new activities will continue to grow the sense of community in south London. I look forward to being able to visit some of the projects when it is safe to do so.”

Sutton Night Watch is run by volunteers, funded entirely by donations & every penny goes directly to supporting the vulnerable of Sutton & surrounding areas.
